KALPAVRUKSHA VAHANAM ON FOURTH DAY ANNUAL BRAHMOTSAVAMS

On the fourth day morning of the Lord Venkateshwara  is taken out in a parade on Kalpavruksha Vahanam.

Kalpavruksha is a wish fullfilling heavenly tree in Hindu Tradition.

It has arrive out of the churning of milky sea by Asuras and Devatas want Amrutha.




In Devaloka,there are five Kalpavrikshas,called 

1.Kalpavriksha,
2.Harichandana,
3.Parijata,
4.Santana, 
5.Mandana, all are fullfilling various wishes.

In Bhagavatha purana, says that who took shelter under Kalpavruksha will not have problems of hunger and poverty.The use of Kalpavruksha vahanam denotes by Lord Venkateshwara given importance to greenary,pollution free atmosphere, environment .
